Making A Purchase
The following Terms and Conditions do not affect any statutory rights and in all cases English Law shall apply.
We will e-mail you with a confirmation of your order and, where applicable, the amount charged to your credit-debit card.
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date customers place the order and are EXCLUSIVE OF VAT. Prices are corrected at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
TERMS FOR LOGGED IN TRADE CUSTOMERS
TERMS and CONDITIONS: The Obsessions.co.uk Limited prices, delivery and payment terms are detailed below and acceptance of these terms are considered a binding contract. Any printed or standard conditions that appear or are referred to on any documents emanating from the Purchaser are to have no effect whatsoever on this contract. If the Purchaser considers the terms unreasonable, he must inform us in writing before any contract is made, otherwise he will be deemed to have accepted our terms and conditions in full for this and all future orders whether made in writing or by any other means.
1. DELIVERY: Where the Purchaser specifies a delivery date, Obsessions.co.uk Ltd. will take all reasonable steps to meet that date. However we can accept no liability for late delivery. Every effort is made to send complete orders. However, goods are sold subject to availability and we reserve the right to part ship. Unless otherwise specified, back orders will be sent within 90 days (see cancellations). Undelivered balances below £50.00 will be cancelled unless the Purchaser specifically requests otherwise
2. COLLECTIONS: May be made by prior arrangement only
3. PRICES: All prices and/or specifications are subject to change without notice for reasons included, but not limited to, international currency movements, changes in freight rates, handling charges and raw material costs. This includes prices quoted on all orders received by us but not delivered. We also reserve the right to alter ordered quantities to comply with pack quantities and over/under production on print runs.
4. NEW ACCOUNTS: Initial orders are strictly Proforma. Thereafter, we reserve the right to take credit ratings by whatever means are available. If prompt delivery of your order is required this can be expedited by credit card payment. Only those items that can be delivered immediately are charged for.
5. RETURNS: Goods should not be returned without prior agreement. All agreed returns must be sent to Obsessions Returns, 43A Battersea Business Centre, Lavender Hill, London SW11 5QL. To qualify for credit, all returned goods must be adequately packed and in saleable condition. Unauthorised returned goods will be subject to a 10% re stocking charge. Carriage will be charged and payable on refused deliveries unless 5 working days prior notice in writing has been received by us (see 13. below)
6. DAMAGED AND LOST GOODS: In order for credit to be given, the Purchaser must notify us in writing, quoting order and account number, within 10 working days of receipt of any damaged or faulty goods. Claims for non delivery will not be accepted unless in writing and within 10 working days from invoice date.
7. RETENTION OF TITLE AND RISK: The ownership of all goods supplied shall not pass to the customer until payment in full has been received by OBSESSIONS although the risk passes to the Purchaser at the time of delivery. The Purchaser shall hold the goods as a Bailee and our ownership is not impaired by relocation of the merchandise either by sale or movement to or by third parties not privy to our initial contract of sale. Legal and collection fees incurred through debt recovery will be charged to the Purchaser. The Purchaser grants an irrevocable licence to Obsessions.co.uk and its agents to enter the Purchasers premises for the purpose of taking possession of Obsessions.co.uk Limited property
8. ACCOUNT PAYMENT TERMS: Unless otherwise specifically agreed, payment is due 30 days from date of invoice. We reserve the right not to process orders if an account is outside our terms. We reserve the right to charge interest at interbank base rate plus 8% per annum on any accounts remaining unpaid beyond 30 days. The sending of letters chasing arrears will each incur a £5.00 charge. Any account not maintained within our payment terms will be placed on stop and no further goods supplied until cleared. Confirmed purchase and sales orders are only valid when these Terms and Conditions are adhered to.
9. MINIMUM ORDER VALUES
9.1 UK MAINLAND
Minimum order value for existing accounts: £100.00
Minimum order value for New Accounts (first order): £200.00
All orders over £300.00 will be delivered carriage free. Carriage will be charged at £12.50 on orders under £300.00 and, should we be unable to fulfil the order in one delivery, the charge will be levied on the first delivery only. Certain lines may be subject to a surcharge due to weight.
9.2 CI, Scilly, Western Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, N/S Ireland
Minimum order value for existing accounts: £100.00
Minimum order value for New Accounts (first order): £200.00
All orders over £500.00 will be delivered carriage free. Carriage will be charged at cost on orders under £500.00 and, should we be unable to fulfil the order in one delivery, the charge will be levied on the first delivery only. Certain lines are subject to a surcharge due to weight.
9.3 Other destinations are quoted ex. works. Minimum Export order value is £500.00 ex. warehouse. Export packing, special documentation, consular fees etc., are charged extra at cost.
10. LIABILITY: Obsessions.co.uk Ltd. gives no express or implied warranty (whether arising out of trade usage or not) and accepts no liability whatsoever (direct, indirect or consequential) whether in contract or tort or in any other respect whatsoever as to materials, workmanship, performance, design, specification, suitability for any particular purpose or any other aspect of the goods except that liability for death or personal injury as a result of negligence may not be limited or excluded. Customers are advised to read and follow any instructions supplied with goods. If the Purchaser has any doubts about the interpretation of the instructions or the care and use of the goods he should seek advice prior to use. It is the duty of the Purchaser to convey instructions for safe use to his employees and/or members of the public.
11. LAW & ARBITRATION: English Law shall govern any dispute arising out of or in connection with the sale and supply of our merchandise or services.
12. VAT: Prices shown are net cost. VAT is shown separately at ruling rate on invoice. Customers operating within the EEC must supply their VAT number prior to ordering or VAT will be charged and be payable at ruling rate in UK.
13. CANCELLATIONS: Customers wishing to cancel their verbal or written orders must do so in writing at least 5 days before the goods are despatched. Failure to cancel prior to despatch will render the customer responsible for payment of goods concerned and carriage where applicable.

Shipping And Handling
We aim to deliver to any address in the UK and Europe within 5 working days of the order date.
All orders are sent UPS Standard or a similar delivery service unless otherwise agreed or specified.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added. The same applies to orders shipped to other EU countries unless a valid EU VAT registration number is supplied in which case the goods are not subject to VAT.
Shipments to destinations outside the EU are made free of VAT provided a certificate of export is provided.
